                        24 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless raw
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        1 tablespoon Olive or extra virgin olive oil
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        1/4 cup, chopped Onions raw
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        4 cup Chicken broth low sodium canned
                    
                 
                
                
                
                
                    
                    
                        4 oz Peppers chili green canned
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        15 oz Cannellini or white kidney beans canned no salt added
                    
                 
                
                
                
                
                    
                    
                        1 tsp Cumin seed ground or whole
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        1/2 tsp, leaves Oregano dried
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        1/4 cup Cilantro or coriander leaves fresh or raw herb
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        1/2 tsp Pepper red or cayenne spice

                6 steps
                
                    - Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
 
                    
                    - Heat oil in large pot and cook chicken and chopped onions until chicken is no longer pink.
 
                    
                    - Stir in the remaining ingredients except for green onions.
 
                    
                    - Heat to a boil, then reduce and simmer for about 20 minutes.
 
                    
                    - Chop green onions.
 
                    
                    - Before serving, top with green onions.
