                    - Preheat oven to 375F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
 
                    
                    - In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat softened butter with xylitol until creamy.
 
                    
                    - Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
 
                    
                    - Fold in almond flour and salt until combined.
 
                    
                    - Scoop out 24 portions onto the cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with the back of a fork.
 
                    
                    - Cook for about 15 minutes or until browned on the sides.
 
                    
                    - Allow cookies to cool. Enjoy!
 
                    
                
                Tips:
Use almond extract instead of vanilla extract.
                
                Add lemon zest.
                
                Drizzle with melted sugar-free chocolate chips.
