                        1 cup, cubes Sweet potato raw
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        1/2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas raw
                    
                 
                
                
                
                
                    
                    
                        2 tbsp Almond butter with salt
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        1 tablespoon Raisins seedless
                    
                 
                
                
                    
                    
                        1/16 cup, chopped Walnuts raw
                    
                 
                
             
            
                3 steps
                
                    - Microwave raw sweet potato cubes for about 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Potato should be soft but not mushy when done.
 
                    
                    - Place sweet potato in a bowl and mash along with banana and cinnamon.
 
                    
                    - Top sweet potato mixture with almond butter, raisins, and chopped walnuts. Enjoy!
 
                    
                
                Tips:
1/16 cup walnuts is 1 tbsp.
                
                Substitute raw sweet potato with leftover baked sweet potato or frozen sweet potato cubes.
                
                Substitute chopped walnuts with any type of chopped nut.
