                    - Heat avocado oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat.
 
                    
                    - Chop onion; add to skillet and saute until the onion has softened and is translucent.
 
                    
                    - Stir in chopped cabbage. Cover and cook until cabbage is wilted and reduced in volume, about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 
                    
                    - Mince garlic clove and ginger; thinly slice green onions.
 
                    
                    - Add garlic, ginger, green onions, cumin, carrots, and coconut aminos to pan; stir.
 
                    
                    - Cook until cabbage begins to turn golden brown on edges, about 5 minutes.
