Setting up premium account options Topic

Good day! I am new to MyNetDiary and love it so far. I recently upgraded to the premium account to use all the features to track my diabetes and get healthier. I'm a bit overwhelmed with setting everything up. Is there a video or step-by-step instructions on how to set up all the options and settings to maximize my membership?
