Hey everyone! Me and my husband want to start trying for a baby in the next 6 months to a year.  I really want to get healthy and in shape before this happens to allow for a healthier life after baby.  Many people say it is so hard to lose the weight after birthing babies but I still can't find the drive to completely focus on getting ready before pregnancy.  I am an emotional eater and gain weight very quickly so I know this is important to prevent pregnancy complications! Any advice from expecting mothers or mothers who have had children all ready.
