We are now running the gauntlet - the 8 weeks of Nov & Dec where many of us eat more and exercise less.  Consider a temporary goal to maintain weight if you find weight loss is too difficult during the holiday season.

Day after Thanksgiving holiday - time to get back on track.  I stepped on the scale this morning, and ate breakfast as per usual.  Moving forward.  Hope you all do the same!
