Goodbye 2019 and hello 2020!

1)Exercise daily
2)Avoid all junk food except for occasional favorite
3)Cook weekly


Great resolutions LynnN!

Here are mine:

1. Increase cardio exercise to at least every other day to complement yoga and resistance training.

2. Find a volunteering opportunity to give back to the community.

Here are my resolutions
1. Set a few minutes aside daily for meditation/mindfulness activities
2. Try one new recipe a week- especially some different types of cuisines. :)

My goals-resolutions are to drink 1 gallon of water a day on the weekends and alternate between cardio and weights at gym at least 5 days a week including a day on the weekend at gym.
Try cooking more at home.
