Hello all - new to group, new to MyNetDiary.  Seeing some results already when tracking everything through mobile app.  WOW, just for fun I put in what I normally at and about fell over.  Uh, no wonder I wasn't losing.  A little nervous about next week with a business trip planned for 4 days in the Southwest.

Hey everyone, I've just joined this group but have been a use of My Net Diary for quite some time.  The biggest challenge I have is maintaining a set eating program while on the road and exercising while traveling.  Hopefully this group will add reinforcement to good behaviors and keep me on the right track!

Also new to group and to MND.  
Hi all.  I am a CPA about to enter his busiest time of year. Usually when this happens, my fitness plan gets pushed to the side.  However, this year I am determined to stick with it and make it a priority. Looking for motivation, encouragement, some accountability and any tips I can find from other busy professionals on how to continue to eat healthy and maintain my fitness program.

I have to bring my snacks to work or I will stray.  It's also convenient when busy at work.  I always try to pair a carb & protein together.  Some easy favs are a small apple & string cheese or greek yogurt with fruit.

Johnny, on my last work trip, I did a little circuit training during commercials when I got back to my room.  One full minute of each (squats into a chair, jog in place, sit-ups, jumping jacks).
