I have been going through the long process of fat loss.

When I began this journey, I was 262lbs, 35% bodyfat, 44 size pants. TOO FAT!

I began exercising 2 hours each day - 30 minutes of resistance and 90 minutes of cardio. Over time my intensity has increased as has my strength and endurance. My food intake was set around 3300 calories daily - mostly whole food: lean meats, low fat dairy, nuts, fresh fruits/veggies and whole grains.

I lost 67 lbs, 17 % body fat, reduced to a 36 size pants - IT WORKED!

Today, I am doing the same basic program though with MUCH higher intensity. 2 hours 6 days a week.

My final 11 lbs are almost gone. I am seeking to be in 32 size pants, 12% body fat and 185 lbs. It's been a long, hard road, and I am ALMOST THERE!

I went from fat man blob to fit guy approaching an ideal physique. ALL IS POSSIBLE!

Congrats! That's an amazing accomplishment. What sort of timeframe did you accomplish this over?


Back on the wagon. I was rear ended in October and could not use the gym until recently. Amazing how easy weight goes back on when not moving. Back at the gym and loving the feeling. Here is to a great 2012 to all of you.
