MyNetDiary has really ramped up my diet. Topic


I had been on a diet for 5 week and doing fairly well and was down 12 lb. 8 days ago I started keep track with this app and it has been enough to keep me focused and have lost 10 lb. same diet, just doing a better job at limiting calories and increasing exercise. I am averaging 1650 calories and about 750 calorie burn with exercise.
