Good job!! Do you have any tips? I struggle with water so much, I drink somewhere between 1-4 cups a day. 😅

I have a 30 ounce Yeti tumbler. It keeps my water ice cold even in Arizona summers. I am able to drink 90 ounces a day.

Hydration needs are different depending on your body size, activity, outside temperature, etc.
Strive to sip non-caloric fluids throughout the day as opposed to waiting until the end of the day to meet your fluid needs. Here are some guidelines around hydration targets:
