Im struggling to keep on top of updating my calories, not snacking consistently, exercising everyday, on top of maintaining work and personal hygiene. Does anyone have any tips for how to keep motivated and organised? Thank you everyone!

However i will say that one app (its free) thats helped me with exercise etc is called ‘7 minute workout’ its so good for keeping track with short workouts of different difficulties and targets, give it a look i highly recommend!!

Keep going! You can do this!
I just like to imagine how great I’ll feel when I reach my goal (it helps a lot more than you’d think). If that doesn’t work, then maybe pick a pair of trousers or a dress etc. that used to fit you and doesn’t now. Try it on everyday to keep motivated. Also, try weighing yourself everyday, it really helps outline how much of an impact your actions have on your body.
Exercising everyday is a very difficult habit to get into if you’re not somebody who enjoys it very much (which is probably most people, don’t worry). Sometimes, it has to happen by accident. Find something you want to do everyday that isn’t exercise directly but involves it somehow. Even just simple things like walking the dog, moving around at school or work etc. can make a massive difference to your overall health. Do you have a local shop? Maybe you could decide to walk to that to buy a loaf of bread or a bottle of milk everyday? How about a park? Go and sit on a swing for half and hour (you’re never too old!).
