Ayurvedic Eating, Mediterranean diet, Blue-Zone Diet, Vegetarian Eating, Whole Foods diet, sugar free/detox diets. Using the above “diets” & their principles of eating to help create a plan that works for my body & lifestyle. |
Favorite activities: |
Walking short or long, early morning long leisurely walks, working outside (only when the weather is nice)/yard work, reading, planning, puzzles, arts & crafts. Love cooking but hate the mess that comes from it! |

Not looking to do “diets” anymore. Working to create & implement a daily diet w/ set meals to choose from. Want to focus on Healthy Whole Foods. Cutting out all processed foods & sugar! Want to maintain my goal weight, this time around. |
