Magic Spoon cereal is quick, easy, and frankly amazing. Expensive but worth it.

Hi U1189326114- Thanks for sharing! The milk/protein blend is an interesting concept for a dry cereal. With 14g of protein for 1 cup- that is unique. Have a great week! Joanna

I’m pre-diabetic and have been told to stay away from fruit in the morning. I often veer towards avocado on ancient grain toast, sometimes with an over medium egg or other protein.

Hi there KQsf11- Sounds like a very healthy breakfast to me! Avocado (while technically a fruit) is rich in heart-healthy fats and dietary fiber. It is a healthy choice for anyone to eat.
Here's an article written by one of our in-house dietitians that I think you will find helpful about preventing diabetes-

When I do eat breakfast I like eggs - boiled, fried or scrambled with shredded cheese. No nitrate/nitrite bacon every once in a while. I even like dinner foods for breakfast like salmon steak with butter rubbed on top, chicken salad with mayo and onions or tuna salad with mayo and onions or a back angus burger with no sugar ketchup. Very satisfying.

Go to low carb protein waffles, or chocolate coffee smoothie, or 647 English muffin with egg and Canadian bacon!
