Hi U1188215272- Welcome to MyNetDiary!
Strong work on quitting smoking! That is very impressive and also very challenging. And way to go for taking the next steps and changing your diet to produce weight loss. I can tell you are very focused and committed to this! Thanks for posting what is going on. I am sure others are going through this challenge or something very similar and appreciate that you get it!
Over the years I have had numerous clients tell me that they feel the hardest weeks are those first few weeks when they make a big change in their habits. I guess what I am trying to say is that know that it will get easier.... Make sure to find ways to reward yourself for your efforts. Maybe a new shirt or book, whatever suits your fancy.

I quit smoking a year ago when I got pregnant and I am paying for having bad eating habits. I ate every time I wanted to smoke!

I have been dieting for years off and on. I start out good but lose my motivation. Maybe with the support of my net diary friends I can stay motivated.
