Hi Shiznik- Thank you for sharing what's worked for you! I think a lot of people would see greater success with weight loss if they cut back on evening snacking. It is sometimes easier said than done, especially if you don't get home from work till after 6pm. I am glad to hear you have found a routine that works. That is awesome! Keep up the good work and if you find you have some extra room to add in an extra 100 calories a day, consider adding an additional 1.5 servings of non starchy veggies each day. That can help to keep you full, feed your microbiome and veggies offer a host of other health benefits. Best, Joanna (Dietician)

thanks so much for writing me back, totally appreciate it! I was going to ask you, can I write to you maybe once a week? Because I am really in this weight loss alone, and any guidance or positivity would be amazon. Just wanted to tell you that I am down to 239.4!
As I said in my very first post, I am been heavy for almost 11 years around 286, so this really is a blessing for me, that I have found a way that works for me, as you said, you need to find a personal way that works for you... Hi Shiznik- How is the weight loss going? Are you still eating 3m/day? Are you still having luck with ending eating by 6pm each day? This is a strategy that has helped many people lose weight. Just thinking about you, so I thought I would drop you a line. Have a nice weekend! Joanna

HI Joanna!
That was incredibly sweet that you wrote to me because you were thinking about me, really appreciate that, because so far I have really been in this game completely alone. But you are not going to believe this one, I weighed myself today and I am got 234.8 and 235.0, I go with the higher one, so 235! I have 35lbs to go! It says in your system that I have around July 25 to lose the 35lbs but my personal goal is to lose it by very end of June. Hopefully I will achieve this goal, always a pleasure to hear from ya!!!

HI Joanna, today on April 8th, I am finally 230.5lbs! One thing I have realized from past diets and ways of eating, in the past I have failed numerous times! Because of the stopping of weight loss, very discouraging, but in the final lesson of all it, you must just keep on going, and going, just be happy what weight you have arrived to, without getting all crazy and upset and starting to eat like crazy, gaining weight, because you are so upset at no victory! Well my friends victory is found by waiting in there and trying new ways to lose the weight, or just keep on chugging in the right direction, it took me a tad over a full week to get it start moving down once again, victory is yours!

It also sounds like you are staying open to trying new things and with that keeping a healthy perspective. 28.7lbs to go, cant wait until I get to 220, because from there I can do a countdown,
