I have got a ceasin protein custard which is low in calarie and 27g in protein so it’s satisfying :)

I understand. I’ve tackled one type of craving at a time over the past few years. For example, it took the better part of six months to divorce Diet Coke. And about the same amount of time to move away from sugar.
I would plan ahead, have a substitute or different food or beverage available, be prepared for success and failure.
At this point I have different types of protein around so if I’m not hungry but craving I have that. Or berries, a few nuts. If I plan my day right I’ll have some dark chocolate before bed.
It takes time and perseverance.

Hi Wolfflet- Thanks so much for sharing tips that have worked for you when it comes to cravings! Changing our eating habits can really take time and attention, which it sounds like you have experienced first hand. Strong work on avoiding foods and drinks that no longer serve you! Is there a certain brand of chocolate that works for you? Do you intentionally buy single-serving pieces (like Dove promises)? How do you regulate portions? I feel like these can be other challenges when it comes to cravings. Thanks again, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

My go to is healthy popcorn, dark chocolate square, or Ezekiel toast with some butter

I think it’s important to plan for those cravings so be ready with a healthier substitute

We have big bars of Hershey’s dark chocolate. Just 4 blocks at a time though. And I keep dried fruit cause that’s sweet too.
We don’t eat out a lot and that has helped as we have more control over how we prepare our food.

Ezekiel toast with peanut butter or almond butter is also my go-to.

Great ideas! Dried fruit can be a good snack to help ward off a craving. For other snack ideas, Brenda wrote an awesome article that I think provides a ton of helpful whole-food suggestions: https://www.mynetdiary.com/superfoods-for-your-immune-system-try-these-20-immune-boosting-snacks-at-less-than-150-calories-each.html
