I am 47 year old grandmother of three and I have rheumatoid arthritis that affects my hips, hands and feet plus I have neuropathy. I know that I need to lose and so far this has been the easiest and simplest food diary that I have ever used.


Hello, Just starting here. I am also 47 years old. Mother of 5 and grandmother of six (soon to be 7). I have arthritis and suffer from chronic back pain and no energy. I have been over weight since my 4th child... so going on 13 years. Would like to drop 50lbs in the hopes that will improve some of my pain and lack of energy. I generally have no problem losing 10lbs, but never get anywhere from that. Hope this diet diary helps with keeping track of foods and exercise.
