Hi everyone! I've been using this app on my iPhone for the last week. A lot easier than keeping my food journal :-) My name is Peggy, I'm 48, grandma to 2, mom to 2, stepmom to 4. Happily married to the love of my life.


I'm participating in two 90 Day Challenges. One is a fitness challenge at my dojo and the other is the Body By Vi Challenge.


I'm 5'3" and the numbers on the scale in early January said it all. 169. Way (weigh!) too much for my small frame. I was feeling sluggish and just out of it for the past few months. Since January 3, I've already lost 6lbs and 8" and I've got my energy back.


I eliminated two things from my daily menu - coffee and red wine. So far so good. I also quit cookies.


I'm looking forward to getting to know other 40 somethings who are looking to do the same thing. Lose Weight and Feel Great!
