It is Tuesday hope all gets their journaling food in.  It is so important to count for what we are putting in our bodies.  I want my body to be healthy as possible, I want to enjoy life to its fullest.  I want to dance thru many years of life like nobody is watching.  It is a little slow on this healthier me but one thing I know each day I put in my body the best and healthiest of foods I feel much much better!   So right now I will smile each day of feeling better but when I meet my goal I'm gone to dance my life thru with glory and I can say  lived to the fullest!

I feel like I got in one day of right portions size.  I got in the right kind of food and watched my sizes.  I am so glad so maybe know I can relate to the right size of thinks. By eating the right foods I don't feel as hungry.  Hopefully help my cravings.  I got some gum today also that always seem to help me. Now like all of us struggle and on the right path.

Thanks...I have been thinking about getting a food scale.  I know sometime I'm starving and I get carried away with the sizing and probably why I'm not losing very fast.

no problem, that was my problem also for me my problem was I wasn’t ready the labels , the from of the package would say only 110 calories but when I turn the package around it would show that the little package that looked like one serving was actually 3 servings , so that helped too , I made that mistake very very often !!

Weighted in lost 2 pounds...I don't have digital scale so I have to look at just pound mark.  I might have been alittle less but I just call what it is closes to.   As long as I see them go down I'm happy. .. not as fast as I wish with all this weight.  I heard the older you get harder it is...I think that is so true.   When I was in my thirty's seems like in 6 months I was at my goal now I'm looking at 1 1/2 years. I wish I had the will to keep the weight off I took off back than..now striving again...this time when I see scales going up I will get back on here and read all this hard work. I hope God blesses me with a lot of more years at 62.  A new week to begin...I saw where we could change our calorie intake.  Think I will move mine down 200 in case I'm not sizing food right until I get a scale.  As long as I see I had calories I would eat them up..probably should have been striving for alittle under the calorie given.  Wish all a good weekend!

good morning & Happy Sunday . Sundays are my WI days and today I was at 340 that’s 3 pounds from last weigh in , I’m proud of myself because I had a yucky day of eating yesterday

Glendak..good job!  If you are like me with a weight loss specially 3 pounds gives you that incentive to continue with good eating habit's.  Before you know it 6 months will be in the way time flies you will be a healthy active you..I'm so much ready for that for me!
