Eager to lose last 15 lbs and firm up! Topic


Hello - I am new to group and looking for weightloss motivation! Anyone else have similar objective as I? Lets connect and motivate each other to succeed!

I currently follow Cathe Friedrich's STS Program and clean eating practices!


Hi Mishka, I'm Shadowpig and I'm after 10 lbs and motivation. I've chosen to keep a food diary and monitor calorie intake and exercise. Decided last week it was time and starting today!


i am also going for the last 10 lbs. it seems to be so hard to get those last few lbs off. I have upped my exercising hoping that will help


I'm looking forward to being where you two are and losing the last 10 pounds. :)


There is no better place to be than where we are today; setting objectives and setting the vision for where we want to be tomorrow!


With a bit over 10lbs to loose, I updated my plan today and my daily calories are at 1290 with a 40% Carb/ 30% Fat/ 30% Protein. I should meet my objective by mid-December!! :-)


Also started a new compound training program (cardio/weights) and have been good for the last three days! :-)


@Joan33 - 10lbs... the first or the last; we are here to help each other meet our objectives! You go girl! :-)


Thanks. :) The encouragement helps! I can at least say I've lost more than 10% of my beginning body weight. I'm looking forward to Christmas/holidays timeframe. I think the change should be evident by then.


How is everyone doing this month? I've had minimal weight loss but I do feel more toned!! :)


I ran into a 10-day plateau, but broke through this morning. Hope that lasts for awhile to make up for it! I'm not sure why. I didn't do anything any different. But you know how it is. Just have to stick with it and not get discouraged. Helps that I worked on noticing other changes, like clothes.
