Socializing more with food now?  Consider trying a heavier emphasis on veggies without dip or sauce and less alcohol to help control calories.

Happy Holidays to everyone!  I will be checking forum off and on through out the holiday week.  I hope all of you are doing well and enjoying yourselves.  And just remember - focus on the holiday, socializing, gift giving vs. making it all about food.
