Even with my mix up and using the wrong Splenda product, the custards still had a great spicy pumpkin flavor.  I'm looking forward to trying the recipe again with the correct Splenda product!  :)

Weigh in today.  Have managed to get rid of those 2 lbs from the business trip--plus a little.  Just being more diligent about tracking and exercise has helped greatly.  Thanks for all of the encouragement!

Having a hard time getting that scale to budge since the Christmas holiday in France.  It came down a pound and then just stayed right there with about 3 to go.  I know I need to rev up my exercise which has been difficult due to a very busy schedule and recuperation from a fall down some stairs while I was on vacation (just bruises, thank goodness.)

Just hang in there - you'll recuperate and start exercising regularly again, Clochette2 (can you remind me of your real name)?  Those 3 lbs will come off.

Great to be back at it properly.
Coming up on 3 weeks of gym 5 times a week and the weight it moving.
Started Lite N Easy (mainly to help my wife who is working and studying) and I have to say the food is really good. Loving the lunches too.
The training is coming along but will take a while to get back to where I was before.
