Anyone like to drink the bulletproof coffee or tea before a workout or for breakfast.
Was going to try it tomorrow and was wondering if gave any immediate ... Digestive problems. ??

I've tried it and also read a lot about it. I didn't really love it and would rather eat a meal than drink it. I say give it a try!

Yes, the MCT oil causes a little mud but. You have to start slow and get your body used to it. Start with one teaspoon per 8 Oz, then work up to 1 or 2 tablespoons.

I like the coffee but concerned about all the saturated fat in the coconut oil.

Bulletproof coffee is amazing! I have one most days, but yes I would recommend starting slow with the oil. Maybe a teaspoon for the first few days and then up to a tablespoon. Otherwise you may get an upset belly.
I use coconut oil instead of MCT but it's essentially the same thing. Plus I prefer to know what exactly I am eating so coconut oil for me!

Greetings BPC enthusiasts- In case you didn't see our expert Dietitian- Miss Kathy's take on the beverage here it is from last month-
"I do think BPC is a healthier choice compared to most regularly sweetened espresso drinks that contain both partially hydrogenated oils (from creamers) and syrups/sugars. My only caveat is that if you have a high risk for a heart attack/stroke (e.g. prior one and trying to prevent another; genetic risk related to very high blood lipoprotein levels; etc), then be sure to watch your total saturated fat intake over the course of the day. But if you are an otherwise healthy person, and consuming BPC helps you stay on track for total calories consumed in the day, then go for it! "
