Awesome I think we all need to support each other diets are a mine feild, I have a lot of chronic illnesses and I’m finding it so hard to diet(comfort eater) and exercise is really hard due Excruciating pain but doing around 15 mins a day . If it’s a group can I join

Hi Nunzi - the best exercise for you is something you enjoy & will keep at. I’m not sure what you mean for the “older” girl, but I’m almost 53 & I absolutely love cardio & HIIT.
I have found FITON, a free exercise app & the variety is incredible. A range of workout types, intensities and time lengths.
Check it out, I am sure you will find something that suits your needs.

Hi @Sarah1984 - I think we all are comfort eaters by nature. I have found making sure I consciously include proteins throughout my days has really helped with my cravings & comfort eating. Eggs, shrimp, nuts (be careful to eat in moderation) & adding extra protein to my morning shake in the form of collagen powder have helped me a lot.
I worry about the pain you say exercise causes you. It should never really hurt. Do you have a chronic injury/issue you are dealing with? If so, you might consider investing a few sessions with a personal trainer who can help you with an exercise program best suited for your needs.
