Automatic spelling correction is getting on my nerves Topic

I wish there were an option to turn off automatic spelling correction, or at least turn it off for specific words.
There's a brand of sandwich wraps called Tumaro's that I use pretty often. However, when I try to type in Tumaro's with the "m" it usually gets autocorrected to tuna as soon as I continue and type in the "a". If I type really fast on my computer I can get the whole word typed in before it changes. But I can't type that fast using the pop-up keyboard on my iPad.
I've also noticed that if I type in "mis" it will bring up both Swiss Miss and mission figs, both foods I've used before. But if by habit I type the second s "miss" the mission figs disappear from view and don't show up again until I type in the whole word mission.
These kinds of things are annoying, plus I have a feeling that there are more things in the database that I just can't find because of the autocorrect feature kicking in.

Hi EricaSJ, this is Kathy, one of the dietitians. You can turn Spellcheck to OFF in the app Settings in MyNetDiary. That will fix the problem - it worked for me.
Thanks,
Kathy
