It is still middle of summer where I live.  Plenty of outdoor activities and Farmer's Markets still thriving.  How are folks doing this last third of summer?

Playing with higher protein intake for appetite control - it really helps me during long work days (especially with little sleep).  Keeping it lean & heart healthy though - I focus on fish, skinless poultry, beans, tofu, and nonfat Greek yogurt, and occasionally, even a processed protein shake like Muscle Milk.
