Hello everyone I started what I thought was my Journey in January my doctor told me “ trust me soon it’s not going to feel like a weight loss journey it’s going to be a life change “ and in the beginning it felt like such hard work, exercising, controlling what I eat, staying away from sugar and all those foods that you love to eat late at night is so very hard to do, but once i Applied some self control and believed in my self because I think being honest that was my biggest problem I didn’t believe in my self and had low self esteem , well today thanx to my doctor and this app I have gone from 304lbs to 252lbs and still have lbs to go but I feel like a completely different person I’m am so much more active I play with my kids, I can go up and down the stairs without staying out of breath ,it’s great to look at the person in the mirror and like that person . So if I can do it anyone can .

Hello Serious1: How is your week going? Weight loss is hard and my favorite saying is progress not perfection.
Are you eating 3m/day?
Avoiding soda and drinking more water?
Are you making some time each day for a small bit of planned physical activity?
You mentioned it was just so hard- Kathy and I are here to help! Please do not hesitate to ask us any nutrition or weight loss questions. Best of luck in your journey towards better health. Joanna (Dietician)
