Hi all
MyNetDiary calculated 2500 calorie daily intake to maintain my weight. I would like to reduce body fat but not lose weight. Is there am option for that? I only see lose / gain / maintain weight but nothing related to body fat percentage…
Any help appreciated :)

You can’t target fat loss. Losing weight is a combination of water, carb stores, protein and body fat. What you can do is increase your protein so that as you lose “weight” you have a greater chance of maintaining your muscle mass. Also throw in some cardio here and there.

Hi U1192559798,
I would choose weight maintenance and also track your body fat percentages and body measurements as measures of progress. You can find them under "Measurements" and add them to your dashboard. Yes, I would aim for a higher protein diet. Healthy people without kidney disease should strive for intakes of 0.6-0.8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. For a 150-pound (68 kg) person, this is 90-120 grams/day. It is also important to spread the protein throughout the day for building muscle. Here are some articles you may find helpful.

If you lose fat you will have to lose weight, unless you are on steroids, in which case you can gain muscle and lose fat. If you meant you want to preserve muscle, than aim for a small deficit, around 100 calorie deficit.
