Hi lovely, 13 is very young. I have been on my weightloss journey since your age (22 now) and honestly that’s not fun. I completely understand how you’re feeling and being that age is very tough.
If you want to lose weight but not do any hard exercise, try doing a couple of dance videos. That’s one way I enjoy exercising. If you do chores around the house, do a little extra and count that as exercise.
I know there’s a pandemic so I can’t suggest walking around shops too much, but honestly, just do things you find fun.
Talk to whoever you trust, ask an adult who you think will be able to understand your needs and ask them their advice.
I’m assuming you don’t have much say in the food that your parents/guardian might bring home, so ask if you can have a say in the food you eat more often. Ask them to change a few things to make your diet healthier.
But please, don’t feel pressured to lose weight. Your body is still growing and you have your whole adult life to worry about weight.
If you must lose weight due to health reasons, speak to a family member or doctor. It’s very easy to do things and get into bad habits. Try and be aware of what you’re eating without being too harsh to yourself.
Be kind and take breaks when needed.
Don’t rush, take your time and enjoy the food you chose to nourish your body with while doing light daily exercise.

Hi U1188223089- I understand you are struggling with your body shape and don't like how your stomach looks. You're hoping if you lose weight you will feel better~
Gosh- it sounds like you are really struggling. I am sorry to hear it. I hope you had a chance to read Preciouslahboub's suggestions- as they were great!
It is so important to be kind to yourself when it comes to weight and health. Your body is truly your temple and treating it kindly (even when you feel it has let you down) will do wonders. I would suggest working with a Registered Dietitian who specializes in pediatrics or getting an appt (it can be virtual due to the pandemic) with your doctor to discuss your concerns. Both professionals will be able to help you come up with a personal plan that takes into account your age/health and goals.
I must inform you though- that the app MyNetDiary can only be used with your parent's consent since you are under 18. Dieting at the age of 13 (almost 14) is not safe. It can impact your growth, health and runs the risk of leading to disordered eating. Thus, since you are under the age of 18, I am sorry- we must close your account.
