Unable to get to forums Topic

When clicking on forums I see only a spinning wheel and then after a few minutes an error. It’s been happening for a few days.

Sorry about the trouble, and thank you for reaching out.

Our developers are currently redesigning the community. We plan to release it at the beginning of 2023; (hopefully in March or so.)

I’ve just seen this topic. The issue has been going on since December !! Wow. I’ve only been using this app for a month & I’ve never been able to get into forums. It just spins & spins

Same here. I was able to get on for many months before. Hope they are able to fix this.

I passed along this feedback to our app developers. As Dmitry posted, a team of developers is working to update and improve the community forum. In the meantime, you can access the forum through the web app:https://www.mynetdiary.com/forums.do
