Hi Lisa! I’m new on this app too! Please feel free to friend me. I also struggle with sweets. I just started a new practice of limiting sweets and snacks to Saturday and Sunday only. And I used the app to increase my calories on those days and reduce them on the regular week days so that I still maintain my weekly calorie allowance but have flexibility to eat more in the weekends. I think that is one of my favorite features in this app. Looking forward to connecting! 😃
