I check whenever I am conveniently in the bathroom. So, 3 or 4 times per day. But I realise that fluctuations are normal so I only take some notice of the ‘best’ weight of the day and more particularly the best weight of the week. I use good and bad results to motivate me to keep going.

I weigh in every morning...I hit the treadmill first thing every weekday and weigh in before I jump in the shower. It motivates me to watch what I eat everyday cause I know I don’t wanna screw up tomorrow’s weigh in. So far since Jan 1st I’ve lost 12lbs. ??

I weigh in every day if trying to lose weight, but not on holidays or just doing maintenance. Daily weigh-ins are a great motivator to see success feedback.

I weigh myself every Tuesday weekly, might sound weird but I check my weight at the same time (generally), same placement of the scale and I do it right after I get up before I consume any water or food. I’ve been seeing good results too, seems pretty realistic considering my caloric deficit and exercise regime. (I workout 6 days a week)
