Hi
Just wondering if anyone can help.
I have been logging lots of my homemade recipe to check the calorie count. When I log them I include the entire amount of oil I will add when I will fry/story fry ect. Is the final calorie count accurate or does the fact that I fried those ingredients make a difference

As long as you’ve counted all of your ingredients it will not affect calorie count- unless you burn it, in which it would be less calories, but never more.
Enjoy !

Hi there U1193448770-
I hope your tracking is going well~
It sounds like you are right-on by including all of the oil used when stir-frying.....into your recipe entry. Worst case scenario, you may over-estimating your fat and calories in the final product by a small amount. Not to worry- It is all about progress not perfection. Hope this helps!
