Hi! I thought the key to weight loss is to burn the calories you eat per day. I have a target calorie intake per day, but I try to burn as many calories as I can because I thought that was how you lose weight. I’m
New to this so I apologize for sounding ignorant.

If youre staying in your target calorie intake thats weight loss in itself! Burning calories is just an added boost of loss. Also remember that if you go over your cal limit its okay! You deserve cheat days, and your body deserves the energy, good luck :)
