Have changed my attitude on both your profiles to friendly, doing this you both appear in the friends list. Don't know if this automatically makes me appear in your friend lists?
Take care

I joined the site back in August and did well. Kept dieting but quit using the site for 2 1/2 months. I still lost weight, but not nearly as good a rate. I passed a mile stone today of 50 lbs. that was my initial goal. I was going to be in a play May 29-30, and promised myself to be down 50 by then. The play is now Nov 6-7 and I hope to be down 75. Not sur I even want to go beyond that point. For one, my character is The actor Monty Woolley and he caried a few extra lbs himself.
I also like to fish. kayak fishing for inshore spotted sea trout , drum, and flounder, but it is too early for that. I am currently quarantined because I went to Ohio to support my sister who lost her husband on the twentieth and she got sick and tested positive for the virus. I’m ok so far, but my poor sister is grieving with only phone calls to support her.
Hope your diet goes well.

Hello Jloughlin- Congrats on your weight loss! Though sorry to hear about your sister's loss. What a difficult time for her and then Covid-19!
Take care of yourself and best with your upcoming performance and fishing this summer! Hope you remain well and in good spirits, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

During this pandemic, I find myself spending more time in the kitchen, baking, and over. I need to lose the extra pounds so that I can start feeling better. Would like to join a group for support and motivation

Hanging out in the kitchen is a trigger for me, so I try to get outside as much as possible. Fortunately I live in a place where I can ride forest trails for over an hour and see no one else. I’m also on a weight loss journey, starting by cutting out between meal snacking and making healthy meals. So far it’s going well. Journaling helps too. Sending good vibes to everyone struggling with the personal and global challenges before us.

Ackrmmichel I understand completely been stuck home and in the kitchen also. Plus working out at home is harder cause I can distract my self with other things like my kids??Wendy17 the snacking gets me too. Do you journal in a notebook or electric?
