Always okay to restart Topic


Been testing mg/dL and tracking my food again this week on a nearly daily basis. I had given up on testing blood sugar and tracking food, for months. I restarted this past week and my numbers are not terrible - not ideal, but not terrible. I have to remember whether I track or don’t, whatever I would have gotten, is still true, I just don’t have data to know how to improve if I don’t measure it.


Hi ClevelandDRE, Strong work getting back into tracking! Sometimes it can seem daunting to get started but you are over that hump. Yes, the data will help you a lot! Without the data, we tend to make things up and create our own reality. There is nothing wrong with taking a break but good to make it a shorter one:) Please keep us posted on how it is going!
