I got in 3.39 miles between walking, jogging, and stair stepping. I also ended up with a 6/10ths pound loss, which is a miracle for me over any given weekend! I am 2/10ths away from my goal of attaining 162.0 pounds on March 10. Must stay focused!

What is your short term goal? How close are you to that goal? Remember, we are in it to win it together!

Started Mediterranean diet and down 13lbs since 2/1. Best I’ve ever done. Recipes on here are great!
